Cancellation Policy

The reservation of your stay will become binding upon written confirmation and receipt of a deposit.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the stay on the credit card as a deposit 15 days before arrival. To check-in, an identity document and a valid credit card are required

We accept requests for cancellation or changes to your reservation only in writing

Guests can cancel for free within 7  days before the arrival date, from 6 days before the arrival date and in case of lack of notice and no show, the guest will be required to pay the hotel a penalty equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the first night of the booking.

In case of early departure or post-poned arrival, 100% of the agreed price will be charged for services not used.
